Clairefontaine Notebook

This notebook is amazing. Seriously.

I've never tried "good quality" paper before (I know, lame) and this notebook is unbelievable. The paper is whiter than any other brand I've ever tried and the smoothness is dreamy. You have to try it to believe it.

Fountain pens are a dream on this bad boy, and it even makes writing with ballpoints enjoyable.

Karen from Exclair sent me this notebook, and a green spiral-less one, as well as a very small orange one I use to record addresses and the letters I send out.
Honestly, my only advice to you is to BUY ONE. Go to their website, find the right one for you, and find out where you can purchase it because these notebooks are...... I can't even think of a word. Just get a notebook.

Glad you like the notebook, I picked up my first Clairfontaine pad a few weeks ago and love the paper too - very smooth.

Sam: Did you buy yours at a store? I can't seem to find one near me that carries Clairefontaine.

The notebooks are terrific. The two things I do not like however:

The size of the notebook does not follow US standards; there is no letter size, it looks more like A4 (which it likely is). Nothing wrong per se, but it would be better to have US standard sizes for the US market

The covers are very colorful, perhaps too colorful for some settings
